Photo
Requirements
We do not recommend cell
phone photos, scanned photos, or any other low resolution picture. We
recommend pictures with a resolution of 300 pixels. Low resolution
pictures will be blurry. If you are not sure of your picture quality,
feel free to send it to us and we can check for you.
Proofs
We will send you a proof
to approve within 24 hours of your purchase. You may request as many
changes as you like (such as new photo or new text). If you would like
color changes, please verify that we can accommodate your request before
purchasing.
Shipping
Once you approve your
proof, your cards will ship in 4 to 5 business days for standard processing and
1 to 2 business days for rush processing. Delivery takes up to 5 business days
depending upon with delivery service that you select.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time up until the order is processed.
Please note: Because our turn-around time is so quick, we cannot
guarantee a cancellation will be accepted after 24 hours of order receipt. We cannot accept cancellations if we have begun processing your
order.
For personalized invitations, cards, and candy wrappers, cancellations are not
accepted once the email proof is accepted and signed off on.
