Yes!  Your item will look like the picture unless you instruct us to change something.  Please remember that actual colors can vary slightly.  There are variations in monitor colors as well as dye lots from the manufacturer. 

Do your items run true to size?

It is very important that you measure your child.  We can help you measure him or her correctly to ensure a proper fit. 

We highly recommend consulting our sizing chart.  ALL PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.  However, defective items will be replaced for the exact same item (same color, size, style, etc.)

Can I change my order?

Requests for a change to your order must be done within 48 hours for regular order and within 24 hours for rush orders.  We have the right to deny your request if we have begun processing your order.

Is my order returnable?

No.  Every item is custom made to your specifications.  Defective items will be replaced with the exact item that you order (same size, style, colors, etc.).

How long will it take to receive my bib?

Rush orders:
Your personalized item will leave our facility in 1 week.  Please allow an additional 5 days for delivery.  RUSH ORDER FEES APPLY FOR EACH ITEM THAT YOU ARE PURCHASING (EXCEPT CARDS, INVITATIONS, AND ANNOUNCEMENTS).

Standard processing:
Your personalized item will leave our facility in 2 weeks. Please allow an additional 5 days for delivery.

If you have ordered invitations, they will ship separately from the rest of your order.

How will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service and Fed Ex.  Since invitations and embroidered items ship separately, they may arrive via different carriers.
